The Speaker Aliya Nylander is a professional speaker, a highly sought after conference educational presenter, a book/article author, a certified professional coach (CPC), a co-mediator and an avid motorcycle rider. Aliya has been involved in professional and non-profit speaking organizations for over 10 years where she has been an award winning speaker and team leader.  Aliya has taught over 4,000 students in business presentations and technology skills.  Her interests in group dynamics led her to mediation training with the Bellevue Neighborhood Mediation Program, where she co-mediated both small and large group facilitations.  She is also an active affiliate member of the Northwest National Speakers Association and a 9 year member of Toastmasters International.
